Author Guidelines

Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit original, high-quality research papers to the 2026 1st International Conference on Engineering and Frontier Technologies (ICEFronT 2026). Submitted manuscripts must present novel, unpublished research results, either experimental or theoretical, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

All initial paper submissions must be made electronically via the Microsoft CMT system:

Publication Track

Accepted papers from Tracks 1 to 6 that align with the scope and quality standards of the IEEE Digital Library (IEEE Explore) will be considered for publication by IEEE Bangladesh Section, subject to peer review and final approval. Papers from other tracks will be treated as Workshop Papers (Poster Presentations).

Manuscript Preparation and Submission

Authors must strictly follow the IEEE Digital Library (IEEE Explore) formatting instructions.

Authors must submit the manuscripts via Microsoft CMT.

Originality, Plagiarism, and Ethics

  • Submitted papers must contain original research and must not be published or under review elsewhere.
  • ICEFronT strictly adheres to IEEE Bangladesh Section ethical standards regarding Plagiarism, Self-plagiarism, Multiple or simultaneous submissions.
  • All papers will be checked using plagiarism detection tools. Papers violating ethical standards will be rejected without review.

Final Paper Submission (Camera-Ready)

Authors of accepted papers (Regular Paper/Workshop Papers) will be required to:

  • Revise manuscripts according to reviewer comments
  • Include full author details
  • Submit copyright forms and final files following IEEE Bangladesh Section instructions
  • Detailed camera-ready instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

Publication and Virtual Participation

  • All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the publisher's proceedings, subject to meeting scope and quality requirements.
  • Virtual participation is available only for international and national authors with special circumstances at 50% of the regular registration fee.
  • Conference kit will not be provided for virtual registrations.
  • International student authors may receive a registration waiver of up to USD 50, subject to approval by the conference committee.
